Academie de Cuisine has taken training a step further, to provide you great opportunities for becoming acquainted with restaurants and commercial kitchens throughout San Francisco. This one-of-a-kind Externship Program furthers your training and provides hands on, real-life experience to expose you to all varieties of food preparation environments. Each location has its own style, pace, and energy where you can apply what you've learned in the classroom setting and then take your training to another level.
